India has set the vision of becoming a developed country by 2020, do we think this is an impossible task? Certainly an uphill one but not an impossible. It has been realized that a country cannot be called a developed one unless we have real development of our people. What does that mean? One answer that can be spelt out loudly is we need people who are ready to face challenges of the globalized world. Number of times we have been updated by various industrial bodies that hardly 20-25 percent of our graduates/post graduates are employable or fit to work in corporate environment. Does it augur well when our dreams and aspirations are so high? Certainly a big no. The country needs to see a sea change in people's attitude, adeptness, knowledge and behavior to realize this wonderful dream of developed nation. All this points to one thing, we need a big transformation in our people.
 
The Beacon Skool has been formed with the objective which is very much aligned with that of our country.
